The Shoreline Contract Implementation Planning/Party (SCIPP) is a joint meeting attended by SEA Building Representatives and Shoreline Administrators. The purpose of the meeting is to review newly negotiated contract langauge and establish a common understanding in order to facilitate implementation of the collective bargaining agreement.
